Life on the estate
Outside the quiet of the Suites and Villas, guests can become involved in Castiglion del Bosco’s own unique way of life. Options include relaxing in the Spa or on the Golf Course, in the Osteria La Canonica or the Ristorante Campo del Drago, temples of food culture; or on the wine itineraries, with a picnic in the shade of the vines, a guided tour of a winery and vineyards, and vertical tasting of Brunello di Montalcino with a look at the barrel cellar. Visitors in late September can also experience the magic of the grape harvest.
There are plenty of sports and outdoor activities available, including tennis, yoga and Pilates, the gym with its Technogym equipment, and the infinity pool for infinite regeneration. The estate offers excursions, mountain biking, Boot Camps, archery, or even the chance just to enjoy a simple stroll through the lush green gardens.
Guests can also slow down for a while and discover another side to the Borgo, seen through the eyes of the astronomer, the photographer and the artist; they can pause for reflection in the small church of San Michele, or let a guide take them through eight hundred years of history.
